B2B intake needed a channel that explains services, qualifies fit and schedules next steps without losing human oversight.
What I developed
A WhatsApp intake flow with service explanation, qualification logic, scheduling integration and human routing when the conversation requires it.
Architecture
WhatsApp → n8n orchestration → qualification rules (Google Sheets) → MCP tools → scheduling layer → human handoff.
What it handled
Service explanation, lead qualification, discovery call scheduling and human routing.
Key decisions
- Combine intake and live product demonstration in one channel
- Use MCP tools for structured actions during qualification
- Keep human routing explicit for edge cases
