What I work on

I design and build systems that connect business processes, software, automation tools, APIs, databases and applied AI. My work focuses on practical operational problems: intake, follow-up, ownership, status, reporting and visibility.

Background

How I got here

I started my career in industrial automation, working across customer success, business development, service contracts and technical accounts. That background shaped how I think about systems: technology only matters when it improves how people actually work.

Over time, I moved into technical consulting, workflow automation, internal tools, applied AI and developer-facing technical work. Today, my work sits between business operations and implementation: understanding how a process works, designing the system around it, and building the technical pieces that make it usable.

I'm currently the founder of Zintekia, a business systems firm focused on sales, service and operations for growing companies in Argentina and Chile.
